Introducing Cypress Falls' AI Mentorship and Skills development Program!
Builders tend to trust what they can see and feel. For many, AI still feels abstract, more a concept than a craft.
The AI Mentorship & Skills Development Program was built to bridge that gap. Over six weeks, participants work directly with mentors to explore how AI can make specific workflows faster, safer, and more consistent. The emphasis is on practice, reflection, and steady improvement - the same principles that define any good apprenticeship.
Each participant focuses on a real workflow challenge and learns to shape AI tools to fit it, rather than the other way around. Along the way, they gain a working knowledge of context engineering, risk awareness, and the discipline of testing and refinement. It is a way to build confidence not by reading about AI but by putting it to work in familiar environments.
This program complements Cypress Falls' AI Leadership Workshop Series, taking the strategic ideas explored there and translating them into field-level capability. It is about moving from vision to practice, and about ensuring that the people closest to the work are equipped to lead the change and lead the charge safely and responsibly.
For organizations seeking to embed AI in a way that supports both innovation and safety, apprenticeship may be the right metaphor. It is not flashy, but it is durable.
We invite you to explore the program and to consider how your own teams might begin their apprenticeship in the craft of AI.
